    In these Conditions:- “the Company” means Bitax Group Hungary Kft. “the Buyer” means any person who has offered or agreed to buy Goods from the Company or requested a Quotation “Goods” means all goods to be supplied under any Contract or quoted for in any Quotation “Contract” means any contract for the sale of Goods entered into between the Company and any Buyer. “Quotation” means any quotation or estimate for the sale of Goods issued by the Company. “Specification” means the technical specification (if any) to which Goods ordered by the Buyer are to be produced.
